IMPORTANT: We will be making one pound batches of soap (about 4 - 6 bars). This means you need to scale back your recipes to no more than 16 oz of fats or approximately 450 g of fat total.
SUPPLY INVENTORY
This google doc shows how much we have of many basic soap making materials. Each group is entitled to the amount in the "each group" column. Please sign up for the amount you need (can be less than this) so we can keep a running total. Note: If you need more than the "each group" amount for your recipe, find a group to swap with and be sure to denote this in your work log. I understand that some groups may not need any any coconut oil while others may need a lot. Also, anything that you would like to provide yourselves is fair game. I have had a lot of luck at places like Sprouts, Whole Foods, Vons, Michaels, or Amazon.
